Houd je van hectiek en is snel schakelen voor jou geen probleem? Dan ben jij vast de nieuwe Hoofd Administratie voor ons hoofdkantoor in Eindhoven! Onze transportafdeling is misschien wel de snelst groeiende afdeling binnen Swords Logistics. Iedere dag rijden we inmiddels met 15 busjes en bijna 90 vrachtwagens door Nederland en Europa.

Functie:

Als hoofd Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele administratie van Sword Logistics. Je bewaakt alle interne financiele processen en krijgt ondersteuning van je administratieve medewerkers.

Dit ga je doen:

  • Zorgen voor (geconsolideerde) rapportages van de Nederlandse administraties, het analyseren en verklaren van de resultaten van de werkmaatschappijen;
  • het verzorgen/voorbereiden van de BTW aangiften; het voorbereiden van de jaarrekening ism de accountant en/of CFO; het opstellen van rapportages en analyses, waaronder(kosten) begrotingen en tussentijdse cijfers;
  • het ondersteunen van de werkmaatschappijen op financieel economisch gebied;
  • het voorbereiden en begeleiden van de audits door externe accountant;
  • het uitwerken van diverse business cases en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken;
  • het optimaliseren van diverse processen;
  • Aansturen medewerkers van de afdeling administratie.

Deze vacature vraagt om een hoofd administratie die overzicht houdt, die affiniteit heeft met de business en die met mensen van alle niveaus en organisaties kan samenwerken. Je weet deze functie tot een succes te maken, doordat je o.a. onderstaande meebrengt.

Vereisten:

Een afgeronde financiële opleiding op hbo- niveau; Je kunt kennis delen. Je bent assertief en daadkrachtig; Je heb een sterk analytisch vermogen; Je hebt affiniteit met ICT en cijfers en werkt/denkt projectmatig en gestructureerd; Kennis van Exact online en Microsoft Office is een pre, Je beschikt tevens over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent transparant, durft feedback te geven en maakt zaken bespreekbaar; Besluit- en communicatief vaardig; Resultaatgericht; In staat om collega’s te helpen ontwikkelen en te begeleiden naar het gewenste niveau.

Swords Logistics is een groeiende transportbedrijf gevestigd in Son en Breugel. Wij zijn we op zoek naar een financieel administratief medewerker.

Functie:

– Inboeken van inkoopfacturen via Basecone/Exact Online
– Inboeken van verkoopfacturen in Exact Online
– Bijwerken dagelijkse bankmutaties en afletteren posities in Exact Online
– Bijwerken kasboek
– Uitdraaien van openstaande crediteurenlijst en klaarzetten van betaalbatches
– Beheer van de openstaande debiteurenadministratie
– Zorg dragen voor juiste grootboekadministratie

Wat verwachten we van jou?

– Relevante opleiding op MBO niveau 4 met ruime ervaring in Financieel Administratief werk
– Affiniteit met automatisering, MS office en bij voorkeur met Exact Online
– Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
– Je neemt initiatief om zaken op te lossen, je werkt gestructureerd en correct

Do you like hectic and is switching fast no problem for you? Then you are probably the new transport planner for our head office in Eindhoven! Our transport department is perhaps the fastest growing department within Swords Logistics. Every day we drive with 15 vans and almost 90 trucks through the Netherlands and Europe.

Job Description

As a transport planner, you are responsible for the daily trip planning of around 100 drivers who drive our trucks and vans six days a week. You get a lot of freedom and the space for your own initiatives. It is a position for 38-45 hours per week, where work is done in varying shifts.

For our locations in Eindhoven en Arnhem are we looking for * CE truck drivers (Lorry - Truck) *

We are immediately looking for new colleagues who want to join our team. For large international clients, we are looking for truck drivers who mainly work from warehouse to warehouse, and who connect and disconnect trailers.

We are active in transport to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, England, France and Denmark.

It is a 40-hour job where you will carry out day routes. You are just at home on weekends. Any inland and short routes are always negotiable for those who don't want to be far from home.

There are also options for drivers with their own truck as a self-employed person. An NIWO permit is required for this.

Your profile as a CE Driver:

  • In possession of a CE driving license
  • In possession of code 95 and driver's pass
  • You can work independently and are flexible
  • You work accurately
  • You are someone who knows how to keep to agreements
  • ADR basis and / or a forklift certificate is a nice addition

It is a 40-hour job where you as a driver are responsible for various routes in the Eindhoven area.

You live in the immediate vicinity of Eindhoven, and are in possession of Driving License C and CODE 95.
